Rick and Morty artist coming to Comicon

Renowned Rick and Morty artist Marc Ellerby will be attending Cyprus Comicon this year, an announcement from the organisers said on Wednesday.

Cyprus Comicon will be held from October 5-6.

Marc Ellerby is a UK-based artist whose vibrant and captivating art style has breathed life into the chaotic world of Rick and Morty for countless fans.

His work on the series, published by Oni Press in collaboration with Adult Swim, is synonymous with the show’s unique brand of humour and sci-fi adventure.

“From iconic characters like Rick Sanchez and Morty Smith to the bizarre creatures and interdimensional landscapes, Ellerby’s illustrations have become an integral part of the Rick and Morty universe,” the organisers said.

Ellerby has also lent his skills to other beloved shows like Doctor Who, Regular Show, The Amazing World of Gumball, and Dungeons and Dragons.

In addition to his licensed work, Ellerby is the creator of the autobiographical diary comic Ellerbisms, which offers a glimpse into his personal life and artistic journey, and the young adult fantasy comedy series Chloe Noonan: Monster Hunter, which follows a monster hunter with no extraordinary powers navigating a world filled with supernatural creatures.
