NIA charges Lalngaihawma in major illegal arms case

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has charge-sheeted Lalngaihawma in a significant illegal arms and ammunition trafficking case. Filed in the NIA Special Court, New Delhi, the charges include violations of IPC, Arms Act, Explosive Substance Act, and UA(P) Act. Lalngaihawma is accused of operating a network linked with Myanmar insurgents, trafficking arms and explosives, and engaging in financial transactions with international associates.
