Are Van Persie, Ribery, and Robben the most underrated attackers this century?

These players were absolute phenoms and some of the most skilled attackers this century. At their best, they could compete with anybody. Perhaps if Holland had won the 2010 WC things would have been seen differently (and likewise France 2006).
How is it that inferior players like Suarez get quoted more often?
