Omaxe shares fall 5%, hit lower circuit

Omaxe's shares fell 5% following a Sebi order barring the company and its executives from the securities market for two years due to financial irregularities. Sebi also fined 16 entities for manipulating financial statements between 2018 and 2021, thus misleading investors and maintaining the company's scrip prices.
