Double bankrupt Katie Price ordered to sell car collection worth thousands after ‘failing to pay back’ creditors
DOUBLE-bankrupt Katie Price has been ordered to sell her car collection after ‘failing to pay back a penny’ to creditors.
The former glamour model, 46, was yesterday told to give up her wheels, worth thousands, after an arrest warrant was issued for failing to attend a bankruptcy hearing.

The Page 3 legend was warned previously that she needed to attend the court to answer questions about her finances.
But Katie was a no-show at the hearing, with Judge Catherine Burton soon issuing a warrant for her arrest.
The Sun revealed she has instead jetted off to Turkey with pal Lou Anderson to get more work done.
Judge Barton said: “It is in my judgment necessary that the court issue a warrant for Ms Price’s arrest.
“She has no real excuse in failing to attend today’s hearing.
“The reason for her absence today is irrelevant.”
The reality star is battling a £760,000 unpaid tax bill after being declared bankrupt for a second time in March.
She was served an eviction notice ordering her to leave her £2million Mucky Mansion by the end of May as bailiffs swooped.
Katie was supposed to hand over her six cars – a Volkswagen Beetle, a Nissan, two Range Rovers, Suzuki Vitara and Infiniti FX50 – on July 5.
She also indicated she would hand over her pink Range Rover but has so far failed to do so, the court was told.
Barrister Darragh Connell, for the trustees, said: “The concern is that absent an order from the court, the position will remain the same and that these assets cannot be readily realised.”
The court was told Katie was paid £84,000 by TikTok to create content for three months – but blew the lot.
It also emerged she has been paid additional smaller sums by the social media site – one fee of £9,989.92 plus four smaller ones ranging from £18.99 to £277.49.
Under the terms of a previous order, Katie pays 40 per cent monthly OnlyFans income to wipe her debts.
The court was told Katie owes 12 people or companies but has not paid a single penny to her creditors.
This includes ex-husband Alex Reid, who told the hearing that the mum-of-five is a “calculated, cold person”.
He added: “I myself have suffered not only financial loss but the wellbeing of my family and my own mental health have suffered at the hands of Price.”
Katie last week insisted “everything is sorted” with her finances as she promised to “never hit rock bottom again”.

She told Channel 5’s Jeremy Vine show: “To be honest, I’m not ashamed about the bankruptcy thing either.
“It can happen to anyone at any time, and I’m glad in a way when I look that everything’s happened at once because it made me sort everything out.”
Katie was previously due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court in April but her lawyers claimed she was unable to attend.
This was because she was sunning herself in Cyprus at the time with toyboy lover JJ Slater.
A barrister told the judge: “It’s quite apparent that the evidence was filed very late and not even filed with the court.
“We are in a very serious situation as a consequence. She may be held in contempt of court, imprisoned, fined or a warrant issued for her arrest.”
Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.
She was ordered to cough up 40 per cent of her OnlyFans income for the next three years as part of a separate dispute.
Katie had previously been declared bankrupt in November 2019, with debts of £3.2million.
Katie Price's missing millions
At the peak of her career Katie had an estimated fortune of £45m, thanks to her lucrative modelling career, book deals, and TV appearances.
The cash-strapped mum-of-five was first declared bankrupt in 2019 over unpaid debts of £3.2 million.
In a podcast interview earlier this year she blamed her exes who include Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler and lawyers for her money woes.
She insisted that funding her exes’ lavish lifestyles with cars, watches, luxury holidays and homes left her finances in tatters.
She added: “I went through a breakdown, this is how mine started – lawyers and exes, that is my bankruptcy thing.
“And obviously a bit of HMRC.
“When I had my breakdown, if anyone has been depressed …. I don’t know if you’ve ever had depression…
“It starts with depression and you just want to sleep all day and not talk to anyone, the phone would ring and you wouldn’t answer it.’
Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.
The demand for payment was made by HMRC last October.
Katie was due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court but failed to turn up – holidaying in Cyprus with her new man JJ Slater instead.
Her Mucky Mansion was a bomb site for years after it was burgled, flooded and swamped by an overflowing septic tank.
She finally moved out at the end of May and is currently renting a four-bed mansion in Sussex.
