Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of Executive Calendar #710 Meredith A. Vacca, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of New York.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on cloture on the Vacca nomination.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Vacca nomination. Upon disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #709 Joseph Francis Saporito, Jr., of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Saporito nomination. Upon disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #582 Dorothy Camille Shea, of North Carolina, to be Deputy Representative to the United Nations, and the Deputy Representative in the Security Council of the United Nations.
