Father of deceased navy Cadet to file police report against navy

KUALA LUMPUR: Joseph Sinnappan, the father of deceased Navy cadet Soosaimanicckam, plans to file a police report against the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) tomorrow over his son's death.
