Troy holds public road improvement project meeting
TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The city of Troy held a public meeting Tuesday night to discuss a proposed improvement project along Congress and Ferry Streets as well as the Sage Tunnel.
Leaders in Troy and Watervliet are hoping to further connect the two cities by creating a bike and pedestrian path on the Congress Street Bridge.
There are currently three proposed plans for the bike path. Each one was explained at Tuesday's meeting. Two of the plans would cost about $10 million. The third plan would cost about $9 million.
