Hochul finds $54M in state funding to restart Second Avenue Subway project stalled after congestion ‘pause’

Since legislators left Albany without a plan in place to replace the billions of dollars of revenue anticipated as part of the congestion pricing scheme earlier this year, Hochul has said conversations with the legislature were continuing, but she’s now making it clear that the issue will be delayed until next year’s budget talks.
