Summer Auto Show in Saratoga this weekend

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The Saratoga Automobile Museum is preparing for its Summer Auto Show on Saturday, Aug. 3. The show will feature classic cars, antique treasures, modern sports cars and more at Saratoga Spa State Park from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Participants can learn more about the history of automobiles and see a large array of different makes and models while listing to music from a DJ. New to the show this year is a special showcase of electric and hybrid cars.

The show will also include the Saratoga Motor Car Auction's third Drive and Consign Day running until noon. The segment will offer visitors an opportunity to explore and consign a vehicle to the auction itself.

"We’re excited to offer another amazing program for the local community, bring the kids and have a blast, there is something for everyone at the Summer Auto Show," Megan Hennessey, Director of the Saratoga Automobile Museum said in a statement. "This is a great event and we’re happy to connect a local community leader in Eastern New Car Dealers Association, with our guests for the complimentary EV Test drives."

For those looking to participate in the show, pre-registering a car, truck or motorcycle comes with benefits: two free general admission tickets to the Saratoga Motor Car Auction in September. Each attendee can also test drive a wide range of electric and hybrid vehicles, provided by the Eastern New Car Dealers Association.
