Man accused of starting California's Park Fire appears in court

Ronnie Stout, the man accused of starting the Park Fire in California, appeared in court for the first time Monday. He's charged with reckless arson, but maintaining his innocence. CBS News correspondent Jonathan Vigliotti has more.
