One arrested after fatal shooting in SW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - A man has been arrested in connection to a deadly shooting in southwest Oklahoma City Sunday night.
According to Oklahoma City Police, officers responded to a shooting in the 2100 block of S. Harvey Ave. around 8:30 p.m. on July 28. The victim was found and taken to a nearby hospital where he died.
Officials say investigators believe the victim and the suspect were involved in an altercation when the shooting happened.
A 44-year-old man was arrested on Monday regarding the incident. He is facing a First Degree Murder charge.
