3rd annual vendors and craft festival at Congress Park

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The third annual vendor and craft fair continues on Tuesday in Congress Park in Saratoga Springs behind the carousel. The event is free to attend and starts at 10 a.m., and ends at 4 p.m.

The event takes place rain or shine and will last until August 27. Face painting, custom gifts, jewelry, handbags, home decor, and refreshments such as lemonade will be offered.
