Watch as Love Island’s Lucinda Strafford reveals she’s SPLIT from famous DJ boyfriend weeks after confirming romance
LOVE Island’s Lucinda Strafford is officially single again.
The 24-year-old, who shot to fame on the ITV2 dating show in 2021, has gone her separate ways from famous DJ boyfriend Nathan Dawe, 30, just weeks after their confirming romance.
The Sun exclusively revealed that the pair were dating back in April, just two months after her split from Zac Nunns.
Lucinda and Newlander Zac, who met on Love Island Australia late last year, went their separate ways in February this year.
But after confirming her romance with Zac last month, the pair are no longer an item.
Speaking on the White Fox After Hours podcast, Lucinda said: “So I am recently single.
“You’ve actually just got to laugh or you will literally cry.
“But to be honest, my ex boyfriend is like one of the best people ever like, he is so lovely and so kind. A real gent.
“I feel like we will always be friends.
“He’s a bit older as well. I feel like it’s just like way more mature which I love. Just feel like instead of like ‘I hate you’ and stuff.
“Neither of us have done anything, it’s just more the fact that both of us are so busy.
“It’s right person, wrong time.”
Lucinda and Nathan were first linked in April.
Speaking to The Sun at the Tric Awards, Lucinda told us: “We’re both really good!
“I travel with him sometimes not all the time as we both have really busy schedules. It is really nice [being in that industry now].”
Just days before she confirmed their romance as they walked the red carpet at the Jingle Bell Ball together.
Before that, many were left scratching their heads on if they were a couple because they hadn’t spoken out about each other before.
Lucinda ‘confirmed’ it all in May when she shared a snap of a beautiful room at Cave Hotel in Kent with a gold number 30 balloon on the weekend that Nathan turned 30.
Lucinda’s break-up with ex Zac was very messy.
The reality hunk branded her a “liar” and even leaked messages in April after their split.
Lucinda reportedly ‘faked’ a split with ex Zac to try and get on Love Island All Stars.
The pair dated for four months before their split, and he even came over to the UK before Christmas.
