52 plots and more: Odisha excise babu in vigilance net

Odisha's vigilance department investigated high-ranking excise officer Rama Chandra Mishra for allegedly amassing assets disproportionate to his known income sources. The searches revealed 52 plots, multiple buildings, and flats in his and his family's names. Mishra denied any wrongdoing, claiming his cooperation would reveal the truth.
