G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. announces an increase in its stake in fashion group AWWG

Parent company Donna Karan and Karl Lagerfeld, which had already taken a stake in the Spanish group last June, is increasing its investment in the owner of Pepe Jeans and Hackett.
