Lukashenko, Putin agree to settle outstanding issues soon

We have agreed with Russian President Vladimir Putin that we remove all outstanding issues (both in the remit of our Security Councils and the government) by the meeting of the Supreme State Council due in the autumn of this year, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
