Lukashenko demands strategy to fulfill Belarus’ goals in the SCO

It is imperative to come up with a strategy as soon as possible to implement Belarus’ goals in the SCO, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said at a meeting to discuss international issues on 29 July.
