Kuwait looks to reopen its embassy in Syria

TEHRAN, Jul. 29 (MNA) – A Syrian newspaper reported that a Kuwaiti delegation recently visited Damascus to facilitate the resumption of high-level diplomatic relations between the two countries as soon as possible.
