NCLAT judge recuses from hearing Byju Raveendran’s plea against Byju’s bankruptcy order

Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma of NCLAT recused from Byju's appeal against the insolvency proceedings due to connections with BCCI. A new bench will now be constituted to hear the edtech firm’s petition.
