In Gurgaon, a rise in viral fever, diarrhoea, typhoid, and other ailments has been observed due to scant rainfall, high humidity, and warm weather. Doctors reported a 35-40% hike in patients experiencing these conditions, particularly affecting children, the elderly, and those with weak immune systems. Residents also confirmed widespread illnesses despite precautions.
