J24 1/8 scale RC build

I owned and raced J24s back in the 80s on the west coast, mostly So Cal and now race RC boats for fun. Much cheeper highly competatve and no crew issues! Recently got a little nostalgic and purchased a 1/8 scale “J24” kit (deck, hull, keel and rudder) on eBay intending to build a RC sailable boat from parts on hand (CR914 and ODOM).
