India, US Foreign Ministers meet ahead of QUAD Confab

External affairs minister S Jaishankar met US secretary of state Anthony Blinken in Tokyo. They discussed bilateral relations and regional issues. Jaishankar also unveiled a bust of Mahatma Gandhi. Meanwhile, defence chiefs of Japan, the US, and South Korea institutionalized their trilateral cooperation in response to North Korea's nuclear and missile threats.
