Gujarat HC rejects discharge pleas of two ex-BJP ministers in Rs 400-crore 'fisheries scam'

The Gujarat High Court dismissed pleas by former BJP ministers Parshottam Solanki and Dileep Sanghani in a Rs 400-crore fisheries scam case. They challenged a 2021 ACB court decision. The alleged scam involved unauthorized contract allotments during their tenure in 2008. The court extended the stay on criminal proceedings for another four weeks.
