MCD initiates action against coaching centres flouting norms

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has launched action against coaching centres operating illegally, particularly targeting those using basements not authorized for such use. This initiative follows a tragic incident in Old Rajinder Nagar where three civil services aspirants died due to flooding in a basement library at Rau's IAS Study Circle.
