Meath's '99 heroes to be honoured as Jubilee team at Croke Park this afternoon

Meath's football heroes from 1999 are set to be honoured at Croke Park this afternoon ahead of the All-Ireland SFC final between Armagh and Galway (throw-in 3.30pm).
