Soldier, terrorist killed as army foils infiltration bid in Kupwara

In Kupwara, a soldier died and another was injured during a clash along the LoC, where a Pakistani infiltrator was also killed. Mehbooba Mufti called for a 40-member panel to discuss Kashmir issues.
