A FORMER Big Brother star has confessed that going on the show ruined her life and career.
The reality star took part in the 2017 series of Big Brother after shooting to fame on another show.
Ellie Young was best known for starring in Ibiza Weekender before she entered the Big Brother house for the civilian series.
Now she’s opened up about her time on the show in a very honest interview.
Speaking to TikTok star DJ Ag Online, Ellie was asked what Big Brother was like.
She replied: “I wish I’d never done it. I think it ruined my career.
“Because people saw the real me. If you see too much of me… it can destroy you.
Ellie revealed that she’s now turned to social media to make money, adding: “I did Ibiza Weekender with my best friend David Potts – he won Celebrity Big Brother – and at the moment I’m doing TikTok, and TikTok has changed my life.”
It’s not all bad news for Ellie though as last year she splashed out £41k on a brand new Audi TT.
Big Brother returned in October last year after a five-year break.
It moved from Chanel 5 to ITV and was hosted by AJ Odudu and Will Best.
Jordan Sangha was crowed the first-ever winner of the rebooted series.
