Paris Olympics: Rower Balraj Panwar finishes fourth in heats, stays eligible for repechage round

India's rowing campaign at the Paris 2024 Olympics began poorly with Balraj Panwar finishing fourth in the first heat race. Only three players from each heat race could make it to the quarterfinals directly. However, Balraj is still eligible to compete in the repechage round on Sunday. India has fielded only one rower in the Olympics. In shooting, two Indian teams failed to qualify for the medal matches.
