About 151 GW renewable capacity under implementation in India: Minister Pralhad Joshi

Union Minister Pralhad Joshi announced that 151 GW of renewable energy projects are under various stages of implementation in India, with 76.42 GW expected to be operationalized within 3-4 years. Renewable energy capacity has soared to over 195 GW as of June 2024, driven by significant increases in solar and wind power capacities.
