Love Island legend reveals why she flew out to All Stars filming but failed to make it into the villa
A LOVE Island legend has revealed how she flew out for the All Stars spin off – yet failed to make it inside the villa.
The iconic ITV2 star – who failed to find lasting love in 2022 – was tipped for this year’s South Africa instalment by swathes of fans.
Danica even teased her second Love Island stint on Instagram[/caption] Yet she told how – when the show was two weeks to the final – she had a change of heart[/caption]Bombshell Danica Taylor, 23, even left fans hints she would be starring as she teased: “They be missing the bad girl.”
Now the dancer – who posed in her Love Island eye mask and with her branded suitcase for the scenes – has dished the dirt.
She told a recent interview posted to TikTok: “I was cast for All Stars.
“I got flown out, they were like ‘you’re going to be a bombshell’ and I’m like ‘cool.’
“Show’s going on, show’s going on, and I had the gut feeling in myself not to go on.
“I just knew ‘don’t go on, don’t go on’
“I had said I wanted to be an OG, then they cast me as a bombshell, I let that one slide.
“Should never push your boundaries – I let that boundary slide.”
Danica also confessed how she almost lost her now-relationship with single dad Nathan – who has starred in her videos – for a second show stint.
She added: “I was chatting to my now-man at the time, we were seeing each other.
“I was willing to go – ‘sorry babe’ – and leave this man.
“Because we weren’t officially together I was like this is my career I’m going to do this.”
Yet things quickly took a sour turn and Danica – who had again hinted at a villa comeback in a sexy lingerie shoot – had second thoughts.

Showing her business sense, she said practical thoughts took over.
She believed she could wear her new swim line on screen, therefore drumming up sales.
Yet – after realising she would be sent in two weeks before the end – she tapped out.
Danica made her Love Island entrance in 2022 encased in a bright pink sea shell.
She previously told how she had only been given one hour notice ahead of her initial entrance to the matchmaking show villa.
She joined the rest of the sexy singletons on day 12 at the beginning of the Sex Sea challenge.
Danica coupled up with six boys during her time as a bombshell but left with Jamie Allen.
Weeks later, it was confirmed that they had gone their separate ways.
