Pathfinder completes reverse takeover of Rome Resources

London-listed Pathfinder Minerals has completed the reverse takeover of Canada-based exploration company Rome Resources, which owns tin projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

As a result of the reverse takeover, Pathfinder’s new name is Rome Resources.
