Explosion, fire hit tequila factory in Mexico, killing 5 workers

MEXICO CITY, Mexico: An explosion and fire at a tequila factory in the town of Tequila, Jalisco state, Mexico, resulted in the deaths of at least five workers and injuries to two others on July 23, according to local authorities.

The state Civil Protection agency confirmed the fatalities and injuries, stating that all the victims were employees at the factory. One of the injured is in serious condition.
