King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands jokes he is 'too Dutch' after arriving at the Louvre 10 minutes early for a Paris Olympics reception

The Dutch King joined an array of royals at the glittering reception, including Queen Mary and King Frederik of Denmark, Princess Anne and Queen Letizia and King Felipe of Spain.
