Platform for development NGOs in Luxembourg: Whole sector 'on edge' after Caritas scandal, says president

The embezzlement scandal at Caritas has shocked the entire NGO sector, which stands in solidarity with the thousands of people they help, according to Luc Siebenaller, President of the Cercle de Coopération, the platform for development NGOs in Luxembourg.
