News24 | Mandisa Maya appointed as South Africa's first woman Chief Justice

Deputy Chief Justice Mandisa Maya is set to take over as Chief Justice from 1 September. President Cyril Ramaphosa appointed Maya on Thursday, the Presidency announced.
