Melania Trump about to drop memoir with details 'never before shared with the public'
On Wednesday the office of Melania Trump announced that the former first lady will be releasing a memoir simply titled "Melania" this fall, explaining in the press release that it will contain "personal stories and family photos she has never before shared with the public.”
ABC is reporting that Melania Trump's book will not be coming from any of the big New York publishing houses, but instead from Skyhorse Publishing which has released books by Donald Trump stalwarts including ex-New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and attorney Alan Dershowitz.
The press release, which was short on details or a release date, did add that the former lady will invite "readers into her world, offering an intimate portrait of a woman who has lived an extraordinary life.”

While there is little in the way of compelling teasers provided, the report did note that the book will retail for $40, with autographed editions going for $75. The announcement also stated, there will be a "$150 'Collector's Edition,' with 256 pages, 'in full color throughout, with each copy signed by the author,' and a 'Memoir Edition,' 304 pages, which will include 48 pages of never-before-seen photographs."
ABC's Hillel Italie noted, "Unlike other former presidents and first ladies, Donald and Melania Trump have not released any post-White House books through mainstream New York publishers. Donald Trump published numerous books before his presidency, working with Random House and Simon & Schuster among others, but many shunned him after the siege of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021."
