Eni receives regulatory approval for $500mn sale of NAOC to Oando

Eni has received regulatory approval from the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) to sell its subsidiary Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (NAOC) to Oando.
