Welcome to San Diego Comic-Con 2024

San Diego Comic-Con 2024 kicks off tomorrow, the first “normal” edition of the convention after four years of pandemic restrictions and a dual writer/actor strike. The A.V. Club will be on the ground at this year’s convention from July 25th through the 27th to keep you up to date with all the news, clues, and previews.Thursday, we’ll be keeping a close eye on news out of the What We Do In The Shadows panel ahead of its final season, premiering in October. Friday will carry updates on Doctor Who, The Walking Dead spin-offs, and Alien: Romulus, while Saturday has panels for Penguin and SDCC's main event: Marvel’s Hall H presentation. Might we find out what the hell they’re going to do about Kang? Maybe. But whatever happens, we’ll be there, and we’ll be updating this post you’re reading with links to all of our coverage.
