Moped-riding menace slugs two out-of-towners in NYC, leaving one clinging to life: cops

The brute was riding in front of Rudy’s Bar and Grill on Ninth Avenue near West 44th Street around 2:40 a.m. Tuesday morning when he jostled a 56-year-old Illinois man, according to cops and sources.
