Former ‘16 and Pregnant' star Autumn Oxley dies in Virginia
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A woman who appeared on the reality TV show "16 and Pregnant" has died, according to Virginia authorities.
On Saturday, police and emergency responders were called to a home just outside of Richmond, Virginia, for a reported medical emergency.
When they arrived at the scene, first responders found an unresponsive woman in the home. According to authorities, Henrico Fire units attempted life-saving measures.
The woman, later identified as 27-year-old Autumn Oxley, died at the scene.
"Henrico Police are currently classifying this incident as a death investigation," police said in a press release. "Detectives are working with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner on this case to determine the exact cause and manner of death."

Oxley, also known by the last name Crittendon, previously starred on the MTV show "16 and Pregnant," according to Deadline. During her season five appearance, the show covered Crittendon's pregnancy and birth of her eldest son, Drake. After the show, she had two more children, Deadline reports.
