Coun. Mayes out, Santos in as Winnipeg mayor shuffles executive policy committee

Scott Gillingham announced Wednesday that, among other changes, Coun. Brian Mayes (St. Vital) -- one of Winnipeg's longest-serving members -- will no longer be on the committee.
