To the Editor A recent study presented intriguing findings on the prognostic value of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in patients with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) not undergoing adjuvant or neoadjuvant chemotherapy. However, several important aspects warrant further discussion and clarification.
