Truth about ‘pregnant’ child killer Ella Forster revealed in shocking Emmerdale spoilers

THE TRUTH about Ella’s alleged pregnancy will be revealed in shocking Emmerdale scenes next week. 

As viewers know, convicted child killer Ella Forster (Paula Lane) returned to the Dales recently and drops the bomb on ex Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) that she’s pregnant with his child.

However, it will come out next week that Ella isn’t pregnant at all. 

Liam breaks up with Ella, who was using the name Ruth, after he discovers that he had killed her best friend when they were both 11 years old. 

Having lost his own daughter Leanna (Mimi Slinger) at the hands of serial killer Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu), Liam couldn’t get past the fact that Ella had taken somebody’s life. 

Ella then fled the village, but recently returned to collect the rest of her things. But Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) spots her before she can disappear again. Upon discovering Ella’s pregnancy, Mandy urges her to tell Liam the truth, which she does. 

However, he’s very sceptical and forces Ella to do a pregnancy test to prove she isn’t lying to him. 

Liam is very emotional at the idea of becoming a father again. After seeing this, Ella feels rejected, which leads her to ask Mandy to join her for her first scan next week. 

She is also planning to have a paternity test to put Liam’s mind at ease. 

But while at work, Ella starts having stomach cramps. Vanessa (Michelle Hardwick) takes it seriously; she should definitely get checked, so she goes to her GP ex, Liam. 

The next day Paddy (Dominic Brunt) tries to reach out to Liam ahead of Ella’s scan. 

Liam wants to join Ella for it but she is refusing but when things go wrong transport wise, Liam is at the scan with her as the sonographer takes the reading. But, there is a problem – no foetus can be found.

Before an explanation can be offered from Ella or the doctor, Liam accuses his ex-girlfriend of hoodwinking him. 

Liam believes it was all an elaborate ruse and that there never was a baby, which is why she didn’t want him at the scan. 

In the village Paddy consoles Liam, who is aghast Ella could have stooped so low as to have pretended there was a baby. He thinks she is truly unhinged. But is there more to this than meets the eye?

Is it possible that Ella was never really pregnant, and it was all a lie, or is there something more sinister going on?
