Gov. Hochul and growing number of lawmakers endorse Vice President Kamala Harris

Gov. Kathy Hochul and a growing number of New York state and federal lawmakers have endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris to replace Biden following his bombshell announcement on Sunday afternoon.
