'Why was Ecogreen's contract extended?' Gurgaon MP Rao Inderjit Singh asks for probe

Union minister Rao Inderjit Singh urged CM Nayab Singh Saini to probe Ecogreen's extended waste management contract. Hired in 2017, and extended 2019, it was terminated in 2023, with a court stay. MCG commissioner cited WTE plant delays. Ecogreen received Rs 350 crore. State declared a waste exigency. Singh retained seat with urban voter, RWA support; court case pending.
