Harris praises Biden in first remarks after president drops out of 2024 race

Vice President Kamala Harris said she is "deeply, deeply grateful" to President Biden for his service to the nation during her first public remarks since Mr. Biden dropped out of the 2024 presidential race and endorsed her for the Democratic nomination.
