‘I take full responsibility’: Secret Service director testifies on Trump assassination attempt

Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle said the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump was the “most significant operational failure” of the Secret Service in decades. Cheatle made the remark during the opening statements of her testimony before the House Oversight Hearing.
