Stormy Pattern Continues this Workweek

The stormy, active weather pattern for Acadiana will continue throughout the workweek with high rain chances each day. Scattered showers and storms are back this Monday as rain chances increase to 50%. The additional clouds and rain will keep temperatures in the 70s to 80s followed by rained-cooled air late in the afternoon.

Heavy storms look more likely and widespread within our area on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The flash flooding threat remains low and localized. Overall, Acadiana could receive an additional 3" to 6" inches of rain over the next 5 days.
