Hammerson sells its stake in Bicester Village owner to L Catterton vehicle

Property giant Hammerson has sold its stake in key luxury retail operator Value Retail, which owns Bicester Village among other locations. And the buyer is a unit formed by acquisitive LVMH-back L Catterton.
